"The staff at reception are really helpful and very approachable as well, you can call them or email them and they’re very helpful.
During the pandemic, Trefoil was really great at adapting to the pandemic, and all the lessons were done via Skype. And again, it was done perfectly and it worked really well, even though it was online, it was very engaging through Skype. The other advantage was also that they allowed students who were not signed up face-to-face - they could join online as well, which I thought was great. It gave an opportunity for us to join Maths online before we started face-to-face. So that was really, again, really considerate of them and really thoughtful."
