Trefoil Tutors are looking to employ a part-time Receptionist to join our growing team starting in April 2023.
The Receptionist will help liaise with students’ parents and ensure that the logistical arrangements of lessons run smoothly. The Receptionist will report to the Director of Operations. The ideal candidate will be an approachable and organised individual with attention to detail and a proactive attitude. Experience in an administrative and customer-facing role is desirable.
The role is key to supporting pupils, parents and staff at the company and involves ensuring that students’ arrivals and departures to and from lessons run smoothly.
We offer fixed hours, a dynamic working environment as part of an office team and versatility that will allow the candidate to experience various aspects of working in an established and growing company.
The position is offered with an April start.
HOURS
We offer a schedule of 18-26 hours per week (term-time only) split across weekdays and weekends, with weekday shifts from 2:30pm to 9:30pm and half-day weekend shifts.
