At Trefoil Tutors, we are delighted to share the news that our office team is expanding! We are looking to fill three new roles that will support the work of our Leadership team and our tutors in order to continue offering our clients the highest level of services. We are looking for a part-time Registrar, a part-time Bursar and a full-time PA / Nanny to join us in August 2022.
The Registrar will be responsible for managing new and existing client enquiries, coordinating the Alumni Association and overseeing the collection and analysis of feedback from students and parents. The Registrar will report to the Director of Admissions. The role is ideal for an individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills; experience in a similar role desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
We offer a 20-hour-per-week schedule (term-time only) starting in August 2022.
The Bursar will be responsible for maintaining day-to-day company finances, preparing and issuing invoices as well as liaising with new and existing clients regarding payments and refunds. The Bursar will report to the Director of Admissions. The role is ideal for an individual with excellent attention to detail and strong skills using MS Excel; experience in a similar role desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
We offer a 10-hour-per-week schedule (term-time only) starting August 2022.
The PA / Nanny will offer support with day-to-day tasks to our two Directors and will undertake childcare responsibilities. We are looking for an individual who will be able to commit to a long-term arrangement and become an integral part of our professional and personal life.
