In this week's Senior Tutor Update video, Vivek celebrates Trefoil Tutors winning the Best Tuition and Educational Support Provider (South East) at the UK Enterprise Awards. Vivek goes on to discuss the academic aspiration monitoring that takes place at Trefoil. Vivek shares the exciting news that we will be hosting a series of events after Half Term, beginning with an event titled "transitioning to secondary school" which will dovetail with our "11+ reunion". Finally, Vivek wishes our GCSE and A Level students the very best of luck as they move into their exam leave from school.
Our Registrar Milda shares exciting news for our current Year 5, 11, 12 and 13 students. Our tutors team is joined by a new Economics tutor Michael who will be offering lessons to our current Year 12 economists after the May Half Term break. From September, Michael will work with our Year 12 and Year 13 Economics students. Secondly, Dr Christopher Sear joins us as our new full-time tutor of Mathematics and Further Mathematics. Starting after the Half Term break, Dr Chris will be teaching Years 12 and 13 Further Mathematics classes and add Year 7-11 classes to his timetable from September. Finally, we have now confirmed our 11+ mock examinations timetable for the coming months and are delighted to offer a range of dates as well as subjects to you in order to give students a great opportunity to practise sitting 11+ examinations once they have completed studying the course.
