To give our students and parents as much support as possible, throughout the year, we organise Parents' Advice Evenings that are focused on the university applications process as well as specific advice on how to write a good personal statement.

About the event
During the event, parents and students will attend a presentation offering an overview of the UCAS process and the key dates to look out for. Vivek will go on to lead a Personal Statement Workshop, where he will discuss how to structure a Personal Statement both in terms of content and language. Further to this, he will highlight the do’s and don't’s of personal statement writing and discuss common pitfalls. The evening will conclude with a Q&A session, where students and parents will be able to ask questions about the university application process.
